End User License Agreement & Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Solar Unit Tracker mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use the application.

1. Description of Service

Solar Unit Tracker provides solar power generation monitoring, inverter logging, generation forecasting, and investor equity revenue distribution tools for solar plant owners, contractors, and operators.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (including Solar Pro Monthly and Solar Pro Yearly) to provide premium features, multi-owner equity reporting, and unlimited plant management:

• Free Trial: If eligible, a free trial may be provided. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon subscription purchase.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Account Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Cancellation: Canceling a subscription maintains access until the end of the current paid billing cycle. Apple handles all billing and refunds directly in accordance with App Store policies.

3. User Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Solar generation calculations, financial settlements, and billing summaries generated by the App rely on the meter readings and tariff rates input by you or your administrators. These calculations are provided for operational tracking purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Solar Unit Tracker application, including its user interface, graphics, algorithms, trademarks, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of Solar Unit Tracker.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solar Unit Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application.
